Tiphaine Mercier

As a consulting director at H/ Advisors, Tiphaine is specialised in crisis communication, public affairs and public relations. She prepares executives and organizations for major events that threaten companies, their reputation, stakeholders and general public. She relies on a strong expertise in public affairs to lead negotiations with French authorities. Prior to joining Havas Paris, Tiphaine was Xavier Bertrand’s communication and press officer during the 2022 French presidential campaign. She has also had other experiences in communication agencies notably with Elabe. In addition, she can capitalize on her experience at Eurogroup consulting and her mission in management and strategy for companies and public administrations. Education Graduated from Audencia Business School – Master’s degree in Consulting Double degree : MSC public policy management (IEP Lille) and Master’s degree in public affairs (Sciences Po Paris)
