Alexia Rousselet

Holder of a Masters in Global Communications, Alexia started her career in 2008 at Radancy agency, where she worked on recruitment communication for Areva and on the first TV campaign for the Ministry of Justice. After expanding her expertise in digital, social and brand content, she joined insign in 2018 as Account Director to lead the redesign and deployment of a new HR marketing strategy for one branch of the French Army. Since 2022, Alexia has joined Havas Paris People as the Employer Brand referent and advices her clients (Mgen, Uber, Amazon, Crédit Mutuel) on EVP construction, attractiveness or talent retention strategy as well as employer reputation.
