Aliénor Miens

Aliénor has extensive experience in strategic communications consulting and corporate image management. She joined Havas Paris in 2021 as a Partner, as well as a Director heading the French agency of the H/Advisors network. She also supports managers in their speaking opportunities. Formerly with Public Consultants, Eleanor joined Citigate Dewe Rogerson in 2010, and by virtue of her co-CEO position, led the merger with Grayling in 2018 (corporate communications and public affairs). She advises companies in a variety of industries including financial services, private equity, asset management, tech, transportation, real estate, retail and healthcare. She regularly intervenes on sensitive situations (PSE, environmental impact, food hygiene, etc.). Recognized for her ability to solve problems of financial companies with a strong public dimension, she notably led the privatization (IPO) of La Française Des Jeux in 2019. She has worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions as well as other financial operations (proxy fight, public tender offers, IPO, PSE, capital increase).
