Pauline Caillat

Pauline Caillat is Director of Havas Paris People. This offer is based on a wide range of expertise, from employee advocacy and employee loyalty to the reorganization of an HR department and support for the communication of company transformation. A communicator with many hats, Pauline started in 2007 when she was communications director for François Bayrou until 2012. This was not her only experience in the political world as she was also in charge of relations with the Parliament for the Prime Minister between 2019 and 2020, as well as deputy director of the cabinet of the Secretary of State for Youth and Engagement the following year. She also has extensive experience in the private sector as she worked for Elan Eldeman between 2014 and 2019 in crisis communication and influence consulting until ending up as the company's CEO. So Pauline had the opportunity to see the other side of the communication picture by being part of the communication teams of a company. She ended up joining Havas Paris in 2021, where she was able to bring her experience to a different type of communication than what she was used to doing. Pauline Caillat holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po.
