Vincent Deshayes

A graduate of Sciences Po Grenoble in political and institutional communication, Vincent Deshayes began his career as press officer at the Presidency of the French Republic. Deputy Chief of Staff in charge of communication and elected officials in several ministerial cabinets (State Secretariat for Territorial Reform then Development and Francophonie then Relations with Parliament), he later became Chief of Staff to Louis Schweitzer at the French General Commissariat for investment. With Havas Paris for more than four years, he coordinates strategic accounts in press relations, public affairs and crisis. A specialist in local issues, he leads Havas Territoires.
